Kathryn was worried, staring at the spot on the viewscreen where the sphere had just disappeared. Had Seven betrayed them and had she just condemned them all to assimilation? Probably both, Kathryn thought.

She wouldn’t have much time to make her peace. Voyager wouldn’t stand a chance against a Seven directed Borg attack.

“Chakotay, my ready room.”

In her sanctuary, she stood very close to him.

Chakotay wondered what was going on. 

This wasn’t exactly how she pictured telling Chakotay how she truly felt about him but it would have to do. “Chakotay, I love you.” Then she kissed him.

 Stardate: 49690.1. Captain Janeway and Commander Chakotay were infected with an unknown virus leading to their placement in stasis chambers on the planet, astronomical marker MAD-430. No cure was found, Voyager left but returned later.

 Linkage algorithm beta charlie indicated a ninety seven percent probability that they created the virus and infected themselves so that they could continue their sexual relationship that they had begun in the Alpha Quadrant, unhindered by their duties on Voyager.

 There is a ninety three percent probability that they prefer a risqué sexual …

“How big was it?”

 “My first? 6 inches.”

 “That’s tiny.” The disappointment was palpable - all that huff and puff for something that small.

 “But as I got older, I got bigger ones.”

 “Thank god for that.” The relief evident.

 “Within a few years, I had a 12 inch.”

 “Very impressive.” It was impossible to do anything decent with something less than 10 inches.

 “I had to keep it well hidden.”

 “Why?”

 “To protect it.”

 “Does it need protecting now?”

 “No. I can control it.”

 ‘I bet you do’ Kathryn thought, moving closer to Chakotay.
